Is there a cost to my business?
No. For most locations, installation, stocking, maintenance, and service are all free. You just provide the space.
Who stocks and maintains the machines?
We do — everything. Smart Stackd handles delivery, stocking, restocks, repairs, and cleaning.
How does the voting work?
Every machine has a QR code. Customers scan it, browse what's stocked, and vote on up to 3 products they'd like added. Popular picks get stocked, and voters get a text when their choice arrives.
What if a machine breaks down?
Our machines are monitored 24/7, so we often know before you do. If something goes wrong, we'll be out to fix it fast.
Can I choose what products are stocked?
Absolutely. You can set preferences and restrictions, and your community's votes help guide the rest.
How does revenue share work?
Most placements are zero cost. For high-traffic spots, we offer a revenue-share option so your business earns a percentage of sales. We'll cover the details during a site visit.
Do you serve areas outside Long Island / NYC?
We're focused on Long Island and NYC today, but we're growing. Reach out and we'll let you know if we can serve your area.
